Grigori; Toxin, IPS + Toxin feels good to me for a lot of melee weapons, bypassing shields, adding some CO damage, generally nice for most situations. Livia; Toxin, same as ^. Exec; Toxin OR Cold. Cold is also a decent effect for a melee, slowing big targets is helpful in some situations and besides it is another element to add to CO damage ... Tenet Envoy. New Build. This discreet rocket launcher is equally at home in a board meeting or on a casual outing. Aimed rockets are wire-guided for greater accuracy, but travel more slowly.
