That was a good suggestion. Egwguns.com has similar dovetail plates for variety of guns. Have one for my PPQ and a friend bought one for his Shadow 2. About $50 USD. Downside is the optic sits higher than with a milled slide. I've used the Springer Precision mounts that go in the rear dovetail.
