It gives you weapon, shoulder, gloves, boots, overall, hat, and cape, which you can use to make the jump to absolab gear. EDIT: I wouldn’t recommend these equips for damage, only for transfer fodder. Shad gets more meso cuz it has an extra line if meso gear. Setup lvl200-210 bossing mules that can do nMag, nPap, nArk, hVL & hRanmaru. You can cap out up to 180 boss crystals if you setup up to 4~5 bossing mules. With daily ursus, maple tour, a bit of grinding + 5x daily bosses you can earn 2b-4b/week this way.
It might take 60 black cubes just to make a legendary item, but sometimes a single pack of 6 cubes will end up with a finished meso item. Meanwhile, you do arcana dailies and build up symbols, they give quite a lot of stats, you run Ursula on double hours and maple tour twice a day,which equals 1 billion meso every week.

Arcane Force > Gear progression for now. If you can enhance an AF, do that before cubing/starforcing. For totems(if you dont have), do afterlands. The event right now, if you finish 8 days of goo battle you get a pretty decent totem. Do any and all the bosses you can do now and sell the crystals.
Spend the meso you earned from grinding on maple points to buy the 4 hours 2x cash shop drop to earn more meso. You can buy a full drop gear later with the meso earned when you decide that you need more drop rate for stuff. I think you're aiming a bit too high. Solely focusing on one thing will very likely burn you out. Just do any of the things you listed whenever you want. This game is marathon not a sprint. To answer your comment about total boss damage: about 200%~225% boss is sufficient. You should try to get as much % ATT as you can. As for Inner Ability, 20% boss is decent. You should try to aim for +15, +18 or +21 ATT second or third line. 10%~20% Crit rate is also nice to have for bossing.After your main gets strong, you can start saving the meso you farm + meso gained from bossing /ursus / tour, this to invest on bossing mules, a bossing mule that can solo up to lomien is going to be able to make every week like 1.2b in about 30-40 min depending on how fast you can cycle through the bosses.
