I keep failing at the venus Orphix mission. After every failure, we're back in the railjack but nothing works. Can't return to dojo. Can't leave squad. Can't navigate. Just stuck for at least 5 minutes. It does return me to dojo eventually - but maybe because the other players closed the game program.
