The Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island recently announced the results of the 59th annual Auction & Rummage sale, again held at Woodward Middle School on July 6. More than $606,000 was raised during the six-hour sale, officials said. Tabulated in other ways, the event also saw some impressive numbers. Imagine the largest garage sale possible with piles upon piles of treasures stacked as high as 5 feet tall.
