I started in Community-Based and that was hard at first, but my supervisor was a great support. Once my caseload was established, things were smooth. Very stressful financially when your pay may vary several hundred dollars from month to month. Patients complain non-stop regarding poor communication; never can get ahold of someone on the phone or get a call back. There is no compensation for writing notes, answering emails or any of the several other aspects that come with clinical work.
