Prior to that I only did uworld. Uworld is better for learning but if you need to steal a few points on a comsae and presumably comlex, combank is better.The Standard deviation on the COMLEX itself is a whopping 80 points! My CE score was higher than my Comsae by 30+ points or so. My CRAPLEX-CE was ~100 points higher than the timed CRAPSAE I took about 2 weeks prior. My CE score was over 100 points higher than the COMSAE that I took a week prior. But then again, I think I had more clarity of thought during the actual test.

I dropped about 60 points from 107 to 108 hoping it still worked out for me. I feel like the Comsaes are not super predictive, so as long as your other scores and q banks have been relatively consistent then I wouldnt worry too much.
