I had my phone and ipod synced up and everything was working great day 1, unfortunately day 2 when I push the sync button on the wheel, or the phone and aux button on the center channel nothing is happening.Once it starts, wait for the update files to completely install. Installing the update files to SYNC 3 should take about 30 minutes. Do not remove your USB drive or turn off your vehicle while this update is in progress. Yes. If you have a 2016 F150, and you want Apple Car play, you must upgrade the USB port in the lower center dash to a 2017 or later port that is apple car play compatible. I just did the upgrade. When I went to Sync 3.4 I didn't get apple car play until I updated the USB port to a 2017 model I got off of Amazon.

First suggestion - make sure you hold the Hang Up button on the wheel to totally get out of Sync. If that doesn't work, reboot your iPhone and see if the problem still exists. The one feature I don't totally understand is the Information on Demand screen; you know, the right side of the display. Supposedly you can scroll thru all these so-called information cards.
