This question has been asked a million times but MileDown and JP are the best anki decks out there. MD uses cloze deletions and is really nicely formatted. Sometimes my dedicated anki time just gets taken up by reviewing due cards, rather than adding new ones. I made my own cards but for me it took me about 2 months to get to a good place with my deck. I have about 50% of cards matured (which means its gotten engraved into long-term memory), and hoping to mature the rest within the next 2 weeks.

Use pankow and milesdown anki for p/s and stay reallly consistent. For milesdown bio and c/p you should use the cards as a reminder for the topics you are forgetting stuff on that you should study.
