That stopped us when we were buying my wife's new pistol. We looked at a P320 Compact in 9MM at the Sig Pro Shop. I had heard of the issue so I asked the rep show me how you disassemble it. He had to get a rag to get enough pressure to move the takedown lever. I have not tried switching TDLs between the P250 and P320. However, the P320 TDL has a notch for the takedown safety lever. The P250 TDL has no notch because it has no takedown safety lever.
