If it allows you to go to the credit card page, it indicates you have not passed the NCLEX. You will not have to pay for the NCLEX at that moment. The PVT works; there is no doubt. You need to enter (almost) all of your CC info *correctly* including the 3 digit security code. Everything must be correct EXCEPT the expiration date. Change the date of the CC exp date unless you don't mind the risk of paying an additional $200.
