It was its staple that it was both power and tech weapon. but fun fact turns out it became really good in a different way, it synergises with the pyromaniac perk as its now explosive on every shot....so infinite grenades!! 5 shots: 4% decrease average. Conclusion: no effect. F All Walls "Reduces the charge amount needed for tech weapons to penetrate walls by 30%" (not high enough level) Revamp "Increases damage from tech weapons by 25%. Increases charge damage from all chargeable weapons and cyberwar by 10%."Laika is probably better because of the headshot damage plus it crits more reliably, 2 rounds. The burn effect is pretty useful. Very nice for bolt shot too, you only need to charge it for half a second then release. Hammer has better AoE but very awkward timing for bolt. The crit damage is only useful if it actually crits.Perhaps it is a skill issue of incomprehensible proportions, but I just can't seem to get a damn headshot on the Comrade's Hammer. I've stood point blank with someone's face taking up the entire aiming reticle and I still wouldn't get a headshot. Does it not headshot since it's technically an AoE? That just seems no fun.
