Inquisitive Build for HCL. I'm toying with the idea of trying hardcore this time around. Safe ranged DPS seems promising, and I like inquisitive gameplay. I'm open to suggestion on leveling splits. That build is obsolete and doesn't reflect the Pale Master changes from last year. That said, the gist of the build still works fine, you simply need to redo Enhancements.
