I have a Picture (image) in my Word Document. I want to place some text on the Picture. I do an Insert/Text Box, then select Simple Text Box. Place the text I want into the Text Box. Now I want to get the Text Box on my Picture. However, when I start to drag it, as soon as it touches the border of the Picture, the Picture starts moving.
