Here are a few thoughts: - Tesla got a good trade in - my 2020 MYP was wrapped top to bottom with ceramic, no dents, no dings but unfortunately trade-in values were coming down so I made the call to trade it in. Why? The MYP is currently at a discount of $5k right now. The price difference between an MYP and MYLR has always been $8-$10k. Tesla is using the shorter waiting time to lure some of the MYLR demand into MYP which currently has more capacity than demand. But once Texas comes on line, Tesla will most likely put back the $10k premium over MYLR back.464. California. In chill mode that extreme acceleration is off. To experience the MYP acceleration, which is insane, you would have to borrow a persons vehicle.
